Refund policy

Refunds and/or Exchanges
Once an order is placed the design process begins. Every art print is printed and framed just for you in the size and frame of your choice this also including gift cards. For this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This includes change of mind or incorrect details entered during the ordering process (please ensure correct spelling of names, details etc on personalised prints during the final proof approval stage). In the case of personalised prints, a design proof will be emailed for final approval before the printing stage so any amendments can be made during that stage. Once approval has been given, we cannot accept returns for incorrect details.

Faulty, Defective, Damaged and/or wrong item received

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by email at: info@elletaydesign.com if the item/s is faulty, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue further. In the unlikely event an item/s is received with a fault, defect or is damaged, please email us immediately at: info@elletaydesign.com with proof of such fault, defect, or damage and we will investigate the matter further.

All item/s shipped are tracked for delivery and thus; Elletay Design reserves the right to deny any replacement if deemed the timeframe between receiving your order and contacting Elletay Design to notify of the faulty, defective or damaged item/s is unreasonable and/or of an immediate nature. 

Elletay Design may request shipping arrangements for the return of your item/s for further investigation. When the item/s is received and authorised as faulty, defective or damaged we will arrange replacement of the item/s and credit shipping costs incurred by the customer for the return of the authorised item/s. Proof of Receipt of customer payment for the shipping costs incurred by the customer for return of such item/s will be required for processing and credit. The replacement item/s or credit will be at the discretion of Elletay Design. Without the consent of Elletay Design any shipping costs incurred for returned item/s will be at the shipper’s expense.

If the item/s is deemed faulty, defective or damaged and Elletay Design has provided authorisation for item/s replacement please allow standard printing and shipping timeframes.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. Please contact us within 24hours of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
