Elletay Design currently ships Australia Wide.
World-wide shipping COMING SOON IN 2023!!!
If you require delivery to a PO Box please ensure this is clearly stated upon checkout in your ‘Order special instructions’ as well as the ‘Shipping address’ as some of our shipping & delivery partners can deliver to PO Boxes and others may or may not be able to.

- Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $200
- Orders under $200 are sent at a standard postage as calculated at checkout

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to our delivery partner services and location of delivery.
Standard Prints: when a standard print order is placed, we allow between 7-10 business days to receive your order. If you choose the framed option, we normally allow an additional 1-2days.
Custom/Personalised Prints: When a custom/personalised order is placed, you will receive 2-3 design options within 3-5 business days (Please note: allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale and promotional periods). From there you can make some reasonable alterations or choose an option to go ahead to print (and frame if selected.)
We don't put a timeframe on designing your custom orders. Every order is designed until we are completely happy with what we have created for you.
Once the design is complete, a 'Final Design Proof' will be sent to you. After you have approved the 'Final Design Proof', we allow 5-10 business days for your order to be printed + framed (allow for any delays around the busier times of the year).
After your order has been printed (and/or framed), we then personally inspect them as part of our quality assurance, package and ship your order, sending the tracking order details to you.
As a general rule, allow approx. 3 weeks from placing your order, to receiving it. During the busier times of the year, allow up to 4 weeks.

ORDER TRACKING & SHIPPING
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at info@elletaydesign.com
Our delivery partners will deliver to your front door and take the necessary steps using driver discretion to ensure they’re left in a safe and secure place.
In the instance that your parcel can’t be delivered a few options ‘may’ occur.
1) Reschedule for delivery the following day.
2) The driver will leave a card for the receiver who will need to follow the instructions on the card to book a redelivery or organise collection.
3) The tracking order page may specify ‘Left with agent’. This means it’s been taken to a collection point close to the receiver’s premises. The driver usually leaves a card with instructions for collection (and an email with the same information will be sent to the email address used in the original booking).
Elletay Design and our delivery partners will not accept responsibility and/or liability of any parcels/orders that may be stolen after the delivery has been made. Our delivery partners may take necessary steps for ‘proof of delivery’ once the parcel delivery has been completed. By ordering with Elletay design, the customer assumes and accepts responsibility and liability of all orders to have the ‘delivery to be left at front door’ as a standard process unless otherwise requested upon purchase checkout in the ‘Order special instructions’.

*Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless our delivery partners for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.
*Delivery times are quoted in business days for metro areas only and are estimates only. During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors.
*The displayed product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery.

Due to the large amount of orders we receive during sale and promotional periods, Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale and promotional periods, seasonal holidays, & any Victorian (and Australian) public holidays when that may impact shipping time frames.Â
